1. Shipping Availability

  • Currently, we only offer shipping within Karachi and Hyderabad. We do not provide shipping outside these cities at this time.
  • We deliver to all areas within Karachi and Hyderabad.

2. Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the standard payment option for all orders under PKR 10,000.
  • For orders above PKR 10,000, we require advance payment. You will receive an invoice and payment instructions via email, and the order will only be shipped once the payment is confirmed.
  • For COD orders, payment will be collected in cash upon delivery to the address provided.

3. Shipping Rates

  • For deliveries within Karachi and Hyderabad, the shipping cost is PKR 150 for all orders.

4. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment confirmation (for COD orders, once the order is confirmed).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

5. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We use trusted local courier services for delivery in Karachi and Hyderabad, including but not limited.
  • Estimated delivery time is between 1-2 business days, depending on your location within the cities.
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
  • You can also track your order status on the courier’s website or contact our customer service for updates.

7. Delivery Issues

  • If there are any issues with your delivery (e.g., late delivery, damaged package), please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your tracking update.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. Belvoria Chocolates is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

8. Packaging

  • All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • Chocolates are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. However, please store chocolates in a cool, dry place upon delivery to maintain their quality.

9. Undelivered Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the recipient is unavailable to accept delivery, we will notify you and request confirmation of the correct address. Any additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

10. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately, and we will try our best to accommodate your request before shipment.
